1. Refund Eligibility

L&E Holdings ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Service Cancellation

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the transaction.

Refunds for investment-related services are subject to review and may take up to 30 business days to process.

Administrative fees and processing charges are non-refundable.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

- Services that have already been rendered or completed.

- Fees associated with noncompliance actions (see Noncompliance section).

- Processing and administrative fees.

5. Disputes

If you believe a refund has been incorrectly denied, you may appeal by contacting L&E Holdings through our Contact page. We will review your case and respond within 10 business days.

6. Noncompliance and Fund Holds

In cases of noncompliance with our Terms of Service, the following actions may affect refund eligibility:

- Funds may be held for up to six (6) months during investigation of compliance issues.

- Accounts found in violation may be frozen or permanently shut down.

- Refunds will not be issued for accounts terminated due to noncompliance.
